Regional Key Account Manager – Wellington
Key to the success of our wider Wellington team, our Regional Key Account Managers (RKAMs) play a pivotal role in achieving significant milestones - it's a challenging role, suited for those with determination and a passion for growth. We're seeking a dynamic individual to lead and drive growth with our key Lower North Island customers. Success in this role comes through strategic thinking, collaborative partnerships, and a constant quest for growth opportunities.
Your Impact
This role covers a dynamic mix of national and local accounts based in the Lower North Island. Building strong, trust-based partnerships with your customers is essential for long-term growth. Additionally, your ability to engage and inspire our field sales team will ensure exceptional execution across your customer base.
The RKAM position is one of the most esteemed roles at CCEP NZ, managing some of our most significant strategic key accounts. Reporting to the National Manager – Regional Key Accounts, you'll build valuable relationships, both internally and externally, and work towards acquiring new key accounts along the way.
About You
With a strong grasp of commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically for today and tomorrow, you'll turn data into valuable insights, presenting recommendations and growth strategies to your customers. Decisiveness is key.
Your exceptional communication skills and proven ability to collaborate with customers will drive long-term success. Identifying new opportunities continuously is your forte. Your polished presentation skills allow you to effectively present reviews, strategic plans, and contract pitches to customers, and your negotiation skills will ensure successful proposal outcomes.
