About the role:

This role will be responsible for managing all our day-to-day cleaning throughout the Yashili Plant from offices to manufacturing process areas.

Duties will include:

  • Monitor and support day-to-day cleaning and sanitation activities across all hygiene zones by helping production operators during cleaning
  • Verify cleaning tasks are completed, cleaning records reviewed, and gaps identified
  • Ensure production environment is free of microbiological contamination
  • Ensure cleaning tools are cleaned and intact
  • Manage stock levels for sanitation chemicals, cleaning consumables and cleaning tools in the plant
  • Support additional cleaning in plant as determined by environmental results or any other plant issue
  • Communicate cleaning changes to all key staff
  • Support the development of cleaning standard operating procedures (when required)
  • Support on improvement of existing cleaning process and methodology
  • Support a no compromise culture for H&S within the Yashili plant and ensure compliance to all supporting processes
  • Shift work - 12-hour shifts from 6am to 6pm, 4 days on/4 days off
