The Office and Human Resource (HR) Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the office and the human resource functions of the organization. This role requires a highly experienced and qualified professional with strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to ensure operational efficiency, compliance with HR regulations, and the promotion of a productive and positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies, ensuring a well-organized work
environment.
Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and systems.
Coordinate and support administrative staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement activities.
Ensure health and safety compliance within the office environment.
Human Resource Management:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews,
onboarding, and orientation.
Manage employee relations, providing support on performance management, conflict
resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with
legal requirements and best practices.
Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
Coordinate professional development, training programs, and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and ethical practices.
Leadership and Strategic Support:
Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR and organizational matters.
Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, equity,
and inclusion.
Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development.
Manage HR projects, including policy updates, organizational restructuring, and system
implementations.
Administrative and Financial Oversight:
Prepare and manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Oversee payroll processing and HR information systems (HRIS).
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
Generate HR reports, metrics, and analytics for decision-making purposes.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s
degree preferred).
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in office administration and HR
management roles.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams and complex projects.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management.
Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
