You'll also oversee a small team and play a key role in cyclical HR projects and will report into the GM of people & Capability.

This is more than just a systems and processes role, it's about people, purpose, and impact.

What You Willl Bring

  • Proven experience leading HR operations in a complex environment
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation, collective agreements, and compliance
  • Demonstrated success managing organisational change and implementing new systems and processes
  • Skilled in workforce planning, remuneration frameworks, and people analytics
  • Strong numerical, analytical and process-focused thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Values-driven leadership with a genuine desire to work in a charitable, education-focused setting

Why Work With Us?

  • Work with a passionate and professional team in a values-based, not-for-profit organisation
  • Be part of a mission that makes a difference in the lives of tamariki and whānau across Tāmaki Makaurau.
  • Use your skills to shape the future of our workforce and the support services that enable our educators to shine
  • Flexible, supportive working environment that promotes development and innovation
  • We are looking for someone who believes in our kaupapa and wants to contribute to something greater than just the bottom line. If you're ready to lead with both heart and strategy, and play a critical role in our transformation journey, we would love to hear from you.
