Our client is a leading Data Consultancy who prides themselves on full and end-to-end client solutions for a wide variety of high level clients.
About you:
You will have a strong background in data engineering and consultancy experience. You will have experience with data migration and integration, ideally with Workday, and will have worked across a number of Data & Analytics projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop ETL processes for data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading from legacy application into Workday.
Create automated packages to populate Data Gathering Workbooks (DGW), covering setup, hire, personal contact, additional worker, absence, benefits, and payment election.
Develop data validation scripts and rules to ensure data integrity before loading, including key validations for job profiles, supervisory organization structures, hiring employees, job positions, and compensation.
Build reconciliation reports for key fields between the legacy system and Workday.
Develop data change tracking scripts to generate catch-up transactions for delta data loads between the cut-off date and go-live period.
Create Power BI data quality dashboards to identify and monitor data issues in the legacy system.
Required skills include:
Proven experience in developing ETL processes.
Strong knowledge of data migration and integration, particularly with Workday.
Proficiency in creating automated SSIS packages and data validation scripts.
Experience in building reconciliation reports and data change tracking scripts.
Expertise in developing Power BI dashboards for data quality monitoring.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
