Key Responsibilities:
As a Caregiver at BestStart Papakura East Kindy, you will be a key part of our team, making a positive impact on the tamariki's learning and development. Your role will include:
- Engaging children through fun, exciting, and educational activities that inspire curiosity and foster a love for learning.
- Collaborating with our talented team to ensure the best outcomes for the children, reporting directly to the Centre Manager.
- Providing support in the smooth running of daily operations, including assisting with staff breaks as needed.
About You:
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience working with children under five years old.
- A natural, genuine affinity for young children and a passion for helping them grow and learn.
- While an ECE qualification is not required, some experience and a love for working with tamariki are essential.
