A bit about the role…

We are looking for a retail legend to take on the role of Auckland Regional Manager, an opportunity that pops up very rarely in the Max world. As Regional Manager you would oversee the daily operations of a group of high performing Auckland stores, ensuring each consistently delivers the high standards of customer service that our customers expect (and deserve).

The role involves leading and developing store managers, playing an integral part in developing store business strategies, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing effective marketing strategies in line with the company's vision. You will also be responsible for budget management, inventory control, and fostering a positive work environment.

Basically, we are looking for someone who lives and breathes retail and has a drive to win!

If you have:

  • Proven experience in retail management, including multi-store management and team leadership
  • Skills in business strategy development and execution
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in performance evaluation, budget management, and inventory control
  • Proficiency in implementing marketing strategies and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to foster a positive and dynamic work environment
  • Knowledge of sustainable practices in the fashion industry is a plus
