We are seeking an Intermediate Marketing Specialist to help drive our marketing initiatives and take our brand to the next level.

As the Intermediate Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing and improving our marketing strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

Content Creation:

  • Develop compelling marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content for social media platforms and product.

Website and Social Media Management:

  • Oversee and improve the company website, ensuring it aligns with marketing goals.
  • Regularly update and engage with our social media audience to enhance brand presence.

Campaign Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Plan, monitor, and report on the success of promotional campaigns, providing insights to stakeholders.

Proposal Development:

  • Create detailed marketing proposals and strategies for review and approval.

Collaboration with Purchasing:

  • Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure product availability for promotions.

Supplier Relations:

  • Secure competitive promotional pricing and develop strong relationships with suppliers.

Company Brand Management:

  • Update and maintain company branding elements such as letterheads, business cards, and email signatures.

Market Research:

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities, using insights to refine marketing strategies.

Customer Engagement and Feedback:

  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform marketing efforts and improve customer satisfaction.

Event Coordination:

  • Plan and manage company participation in trade shows, product launches, training seminars and other promotional events.


About You:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years in a marketing role, preferably in a product-driven industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, social media schedulers, Adobe suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CRM & ERP systems.
  • Creativity: Strong design and content creation abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative attitude, with experience working cross-functionally.
