Join the Internal Firm Service team at PwC as a Client Support Host for a 12-week period in our Pōneke / Wellington office.

Ngā Kōrero mo tēnei tūranga / About the role

  • You'll be part of a team dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere that embodies the PwC brand and community for both our staff and clients.
  • In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they receive outstanding and premium client experiences.
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests and clients, demonstrating exceptional customer service and a positive attitude.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide a seamless and coordinated service.
  • Maintain high standards in client room setup and efficiently manage meeting room bookings and modifications using the electronic diary system.
  • Handle room technology setups/issues, working closely with the IT department for support.
  • Ensure the front of house is maintained to the highest standard.
  • Offer flexible support for early morning and evening concierge services to Partners and during events.


Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience

  • Experience working in a professional services environment, specifically client services hosting and/or reception.
  • Experience working with Microsoft suite of products – Word and Excel.
  • Highly refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail required.
  • Must be agile and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
  • Positive attitude and passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience.
