We're looking for our first on-shore Business Development Representative to join us with flexibility around hours.

We are a team of UI/UX, Web and Marketing designers with a tonne of experience working at late-stage, highly profitable scale-ups worldwide.
We're different from other agencies in the sense that we slot into our client's existing product development work stream, delivering iteratively rather than all at once and have a flat monthly fee.

You will be responsible for
As the BDR for Wiretap, the main purpose of your role will be to sell and promote our products.
Developing and maintaining existing relationships, you will be expected to generate new business
Cold call/email decision-makers and workaround gatekeepers
Experience prospecting on LinkedIn
Deeply listen and understand business problems to brief the team internally
Build long-term relationships and develop partner programs to secure leads consistently
Reach monthly targets and contribute to the overall company goals
Highly organised - make sure we follow up with prospects on time
Track progress in our CRM (Hubspot) and report to our CEO
You'll be working with the Head of Design and the CEO, who will provide ongoing support.
What is required:
Business Development experience
Lead Generation experience (Call, Emails, LinkedIn)
Strong communication skills (phone/in-person/emails)
Proven track record in driving sales and business growth
Ability to work independently and remotely
Great time self-management skills with an ability to work autonomously and to be self-driven
Comfortable with digital tools
Ability to think outside the square and quickly connect the dots
Experience with Digital/Marketing/Media/Tech companies would be much appreciated
