RealNZ is a leading provider of authentic and memorable New Zealand experiences, dedicated to showcasing the country's beauty and culture through a wide range of excursions and trips. We're currently seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Senior Sales Consultant to join our team in Queenstown.
As a Senior Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to expertly sell RealNZ products and excursions while ensuring exceptional customer service. You'll also play a key role in supporting the Visitor Centre Coordinator with sales, operations, and customer service functions across all Whakatipu Visitor and Information Centres.
You'll be actively selling RealNZ Experience products and services in both retail and wholesale environments while providing superior customer service to create positive and memorable experiences for every visitor. You'll assist in training and supervising the Whakatipu Sales Consultants team, helping to maintain a high standard of service. In this role, you'll respond to all correspondence, actively promoting RealNZ experiences. Additionally, you'll ensure day-to-day operations, procedures, and check-in facilities meet our highest standards.
What we need from you:
- At least 1 year previous experience in customer service, retail, or reservations
- At least 1 year previous leadership experience
- Previous experience of using reservations booking systems is required (Fareharbour or similar preferred)
- A friendly and approachable manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer programs, including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
