Iplex is on the lookout for a dynamic EHS Business Partner, based in Palmerston North or Christchurch, to champion our environmental, health, and safety initiatives. - Driving EHS standards across our operations, ensuring a culture of safety and sustainability.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to embed EHS best practices into everything we do.
- Empowering and educating our teams through training, guidance, and support, making EHS an integral part of our daily operations.
- Monitoring and reporting on EHS performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in an EHS role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- The ability to influence, inspire, and promote a H&S culture.
- A proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing effective solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate at all levels of the business.
- If you are based in Christchurch, must have the ability to travel regularly to our Palmerston North offices.
