Madison Recruitment is partnering with a leading construction contractor to find an experienced Senior Site Administrator to join their Major Projects team.
This is a fixed-term position through to July 2027, supporting the successful delivery of a large-scale, high-profile project. The Opportunity:
We’re looking for someone who knows what it takes to keep a site-based project team running at full steam. You’ll be embedded on-site and act as the administrative backbone of the project – managing drawings, tracking documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting meetings with precision and efficiency. This isn’t your standard admin role – we need someone who understands construction projects, has worked closely with project engineers, site managers and commercial teams, and can navigate the fast pace and high expectations that come with Tier 1 and 2 environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing high-level administrative support to the Major Projects team.
Managing and maintaining current drawing registers and project documentation.
Downloading and distributing plans, ensuring version control is spot on.
Taking minutes at fortnightly (or as needed) project meetings.
Confidently use systems including Procore, Aconex, ProcurePro, Jobpac, and TimeFiler.
What We’re Looking For:
Solid experience as a Site Administrator or Project Administrator on large-scale construction projects within a tier one or two construction company.
Strong understanding of how commercial construction projects run – from mobilisation to delivery.
Proficiency with key industry platforms such as Procore, Aconex, ProcurePro, and Jobpac.
Detail-oriented, highly organised and proactive – you stay on top of tasks without needing to be followed up.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work alongside a busy site team.
Why This Role?
This is an opportunity to be part of a complex, high-value project from start to finish. You’ll work with a knowledgeable, high-performing team and be part of something that will have a real impact on the industry. For someone who understands construction and thrives in a site environment, this role offers purpose, pace, and variety – all the way through to July 2027.
