Senior Braze Campaign Specialist

This is your chance to take the lead in creating clever, data-driven customer journeys that deliver real results. As our Senior Braze Campaign Specialist, you'll sit at the centre of campaign execution: building, testing, and deploying multi-channel communications through our core platform, Braze.
You'll work closely with our marketing and data team to translate strategy into engaging, personalised campaigns across email, SMS, push and in-app messaging. You'll be hands-on in the Braze platform - using Canvas, Liquid logic, segmentation tools, and campaign experimentation features to continuously optimise what we send and how we send it.

A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in campaign delivery using Braze or a similar tool
Advanced user of Braze: from audience segmentation to multi-step journey creation
Confident with Liquid scripting for personalisation and content blocks
Comfortable working with marketing data specs, event-based triggers, and tagging structures
Strong SQL skills and understanding of data models and relational databases
Solid grasp of HTML and responsive design principles for email builds
A team player who thrives in agile environments and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo
