About the role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service across Skyline food and beverage outlets. In this role, you will primarily work at our Eatspace O'Connell venue in the heart of town, focusing on bar and barista service. We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment and is dedicated to upholding safety, hygiene and liquor laws while maintaining a professional image. Flexibility is a must as the successful candidate will be required to work rostered shifts, weekends and school/public holidays.

The perfect candidate will bring:

  • 1+ years of barista experience,
  • exceptional customer service skills with bar service knowledge,
  • a positive "can-do" attitude,
  • the ability to multi-task and the confidence to use your initiative,
  • attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures and processes.
