Your Role:

As a Quality Control Technician, you will be a key player in the manufacturing process, ensuring top-quality products. Your duties will include:

  • Testing Excellence: Conducting routine and specialized tests on powder coating samples to evaluate their properties and performance.
  • Accuracy in Action: Preparing and documenting test samples, ensuring precision and compliance with safety standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with the production team to troubleshoot issues and optimize coating processes.
  • Innovation & Improvement: Assisting in the development of new powder formulations and enhancing existing products.
  • Lab Maintenance: Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring cleanliness and organization within the lab space.


What We're Looking For:

  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, especially with measurements (ability to convert grams to kilograms).
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive, able to work independently and eager to learn.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong communication skills both written and verbally
  • Experience in a Lab/QC Environment: Ideally 2 years' experience in any laboratory or quality control setting.
  • Physical Readiness: The role involves some lifting and manual handling, so the ideal candidate will be physically fit and strong.
  • Computer skills: Someone who has experience in Microsoft Excel would be ideal.
