We are looking for a Technology Portfolio & Execution Lead to take ownership of capacity & demand management, portfolio execution, and governance across our Technology teams. You will play a key role in ensuring that strategic technology initiatives are prioritised, resourced, and executed effectively, while driving visibility and accountability across our organization.
Job Description
As a trusted partner to the GM, Technology Solutions & Engineering, and the Technology Leadership Team, you will provide strategic oversight, delivery governance, and stakeholder engagement to align technology initiatives with business goals.
What You'll Do
- Manage capacity, demand, and resource allocation across teams
- Oversee portfolio execution, tracking progress and risks of strategic technology initiatives
- Establish governance and reporting on KPIs, program health, and technology impact
- Champion scrum methodologies and improve overall ways of working
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and alignment
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in technology portfolio management and resource allocation
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum frameworks
- Strong understanding of tech governance and ability to implement effective structures
- Excellent analytical skills for interpreting KPIs and identifying trends
- Superior communication abilities for engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Excel
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to drive organizational change
- Proven track record in fostering collaboration across teams and departments
