Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate medium sized weldments using MIG/MAG techniques and equipment consistently achieving the high quality the product requires
  • Manufacture component parts using hydraulic and electrical bending, punching, drilling cutting and forming processes and equipment
  • Grind, dress and clean weldments
  • Participating in a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and reporting opportunities for improved safety, quality and efficiency


Skills Required:

  • Previous Engineering and Mig welding experience required
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and interact with other team members, team leaders and managers
  • Experience within a production/manufacturing environment
  • Experience and understanding of Lean manufacturing
  • Strong team player
  • Have the right to live and work in New Zealand
