Are you a skilled Network Engineer with a knack for troubleshooting and a solid foundation in network infrastructure? We are seeking a dynamic contractor to support our existing data centres and assist in the exciting migration of services to a new facility. This role demands a high level of expertise in complex data centre network operations and architectures. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently perform complex operational tasks and analysis.
- Extensive experience in a data centre network operational environment.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of technical experts.
Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
- Relevant qualification in a technology-related field (CCNP, CCIE, etc.).
- Minimum of 5 years in IT Network Infrastructure Support, focusing on network operations.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Cisco Data Centre operations.
- Proven analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to consistently deliver under pressure with an "own the outcome" attitude.
- Conversant in best practices for network design and security.
- Understanding of hardware and software performance and scaling limitations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow, Jira, and monitoring tools.
- Expertise in Firewalls, Big IP, InfoBlox, and scripting is advantageous.
