About the role:
Due to expansion, we are recruiting for a superstar in our busiest office. As a part of our dynamic team, you will work to match skilled individuals with the right role and manage the client account while supporting candidates throughout their career with our company. This is not an HR Role, this is a Sales Driven, Agency Recruitment role and to be successful in this role, you will have proven Agency Recruitment experience.

You will also have the opportunity to grow your own desk with ease through our extensive networks, and our temp team recruits across the whole Auckland Region with world-class clients. We work as a team to ensure our clients get the fastest and best recruitment experience possible, so the desk will be warm, but you should have no issues in Business Development, as any good recruiter enjoys sales and will be keen to pick-up jobs on their own.

We deal with blue collar industrial and white-collar commercial clients and your focus can either be a mix of both, or if you are a specialist in either, you can step it up and build your network and the desk even further.

Hours of work:
Due to the volumes of work and the nature of recruitment, this is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, as we meet customers and candidates both on site and in person; this is not a work from home role.

To be considered for this role:
You will have more than 3 years proven Agency Recruitment experience, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

We're seeking someone who is a team player, passionate about being a high achiever, can multi-task, handle pressure, and deliver on promises, while having the ability to follow strict procedures and processes.

Recruitment involves sales in many forms, so you should not be afraid to complete sales calls or meet clients and candidates face-to-face as part of our daily activities.

Reliability, honesty, and integrity are imperative key attributes, and you must be currently eligible to work in NZ, be drug-free, with a clean criminal history, and a valid full NZ driver's license.
