Job Description

Are you looking for flexible on-call work in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We have a fantastic opportunity for physically fit and reliable individuals as Warehouse Team Members at our clients new Distribution Centre in Ruakura!

Some days are busier than others, and some days there are too many people off unwell... and that's when we need you! Join our pool of candidates looking for casual work when they're called up for shift!

This hands-on position involves helping move products out of the warehouse and on their way to customers. You will be picking boxes and product and packing onto pallets, working on your feet for the full shift. You’ll be working in a supportive team environment where your hard work is appreciated and valued.

YOU WILL NEED 👇

  • Physically Fit: Must be able to lift up to 25kg and be on your feet throughout the shift.
  • Reliability: Must have reliable transport to and from work.
  • Good work attitude: including punctuality and a strong work ethic when you are on shift
  • You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where the team strives to exceed productivity targets
  • Flexible availability: Must be available for work, Monday to Friday, when called last minute. Shifts either 6AM to 2.30PM or 2.45PM to 11.15PM.
  • You will need to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal history check.
