Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Storeperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in inwards & dispatch, stock management, and forklift operation. The Storeperson will be responsible for maintaining efficient stock management and ensuring a safe and organised warehouse environment.


Responsibilities

  • Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods
  • Picking and packing orders for dispatch
  • Organising and maintaining stock levels
  • Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
  • Accurately documenting and updating stock records
  • Ensuring a tidy and organised warehouse environment
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times


Qualifications

  • Valid OSH forklift certification
  • F endorsement
  • Experience in inwards & dispatch
  • Strong knowledge of stock management practices
  • Practical forklift skills and experience


Day-to-day

  • Receiving and inspecting incoming goods
  • Organising stock in the warehouse
  • Picking and packing orders for dispatch
  • Operating forklifts to move and stack goods
  • Updating stock records and documenting any discrepancies
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
