About the role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi This role is all about safeguarding and strengthening the reputation of Pathways and Real. You will carry out excellent day-to-day internal communications and engagement activities alongside other communications professionals at Pathways and Real.
You’ll also work collaboratively with executive leaders and kaimahi throughout the organisation and the design and digital team of Wise Management Services.
We are looking for someone who can:
Write compelling, engaging content
Create clear, impactful messaging across various channels
Ensure internal communications are engaging, informative and accessible.
Tailor communication style for a wide range of audiences
Increase brand awareness and involvement
Utilise design capability and a wide array of technical tools
This is a full-time role based in Salmond House, Vivian Street, Wellington. There is also an element of occasional nationwide travel in this role.
Skills and experience | Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako You will have a relevant communications qualification, and your skills and experience could be wide ranging, but you will need:
A tertiary qualification in communications or a related discipline
Sound knowledge of marketing/communication principles and channels, including brand management, advertising, digital marketing and internal communication, is necessary
At least 3 years’ experience in a senior communications role
An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and WordPress website content management, media monitoring tools, and print, digital and social media production.
Having interactions with Māori, Pasifika, youth, people with disabilities or people who have experienced mental health and addiction is an advantage.
