In this Night Supervisor role, you will oversee and support our night operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our clients and customers. This opportunity offers a chance to make a real impact while working within a dynamic and supportive team environment. You’ll:
Lead a team of night staff to deliver exceptional security services – you’ll be working on site 3-4 days a week, sharing a roster with another Night Supervisor to provide 7 day coverage for the team.
Implement and oversee safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Collaborate with management to identify and address security needs.
Please note that this is not a Monday – Friday position, hours of work will include weekend nights (Saturday and Sundays) so you’ll need to have flexibility to work these hours.
Preferred Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Previous mobile patrol or similar experience
Strong understanding of security protocols and risk management
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Valid security license or relevant certifications
Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in security management or related field
Certification in First Aid and CPR
Proficiency in using security equipment and technology
Full Clean New Zealand Drivers License
Certificate of Approval (COA) or be eligible to obtain one (have a clean criminal record, over 18)
