FMG are looking for an intermediate level Payroll Adviser who is looking for a new six-month fixed term opportunity and needing part time hours.
Based in our Wellington Office and reporting to the Manager, People Advisory, you will work alongside our Payroll team entering payroll data accurately, ensuring pay-runs are to schedule and processed accurately and that payroll reporting happens in a timely manner alongside various other Payroll tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will have –
Current and working knowledge of relevant legislation.
At least 2 years' experience processing end to end payroll.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of accuracy and eye for detail and
Demonstrated ability working alongside HR and the wider organisation on Payroll issues / queries.
At FMG, we use the iCHRIS payroll system, so the successful candidate will need to have experience in this system or CHRIS21, along with an intermediate level of Excel and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy to be truly successful in this role.
