What you'll do:
As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the team that ensures applications are fully tested for release into production following agreed processes and quality standards. Your day-to-day tasks will involve developing and maintaining test assets, ensuring ITIL standards are met, managing the software testing life cycle, and providing technical advice to stakeholders. You will also participate in projects as required, analyse work plans to meet needs, produce regular reports for decision-makers, and provide comprehensive insights into work progress.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Test Lead position brings a wealth of experience in leading high-performing teams, experience with Workday HCM or HRIS. You have strong knowledge of testing methodologies and SDLC best practices. Your background includes functional, non-functional, and system testing. You hold relevant certifications such as ISTQB or ISEB or have equivalent experience. Your proficiency with Microsoft Office products is high, particularly with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You're adept at planning and organising work resources over a programme of work to meet negotiated timeframes.
