This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives on variety. One day you might be pitching our products to a new stockist, the next you're streamlining internal systems or helping onboard a new team member. Sound like your kind of challenge?
Key responsibilities include:
Business Development:
Scout out and grow new sales opportunities across retail, wholesale, food service, gyms, and corporate sectors
Nurture existing customer relationships and ensure top-tier service
Respond to leads, manage outreach, and follow up like a pro
Represent QB Snacks at trade shows and events
Admin & Operations:
Keep our business docs and systems in shape
Assist with daily operations - order processing, staffing rosters, customer service
Work closely with logistics, production, and fulfilment partners
Keep our team organised and running smoothly
HR Support:
Support onboarding: agreements, policies, and training
Maintain team documents and help nurture our company culture
Assist with wellbeing initiatives
Help us stay compliant and confidential when it comes to HR best practice
We are looking for someone who:
Is a self-starter who's proactive, personable, and commercially switched-on
Is super organised and detail-oriented
Has experience in sales, business development, or account management
Demonstrates strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Is comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and Microsoft Office
HR support experience? Amazing. If not, we'll show you the ropes
