Join our team at Strata Lounge in Auckland Airport, as a Cleaning Assistant. This is a Permanent Full Time position rostered across the week. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, ensuring all tasks are performed with due regard for Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:

• Clean premises and equipment, including stain removal, disinfecting surfaces, and waste removal.
• Maintain hard and soft floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Prepare rooms for guests, including making beds and cleaning rooms according to the daily cleaning schedule.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and respond rapidly to urgent cleans and spills.
• Communicate effectively in the workplace, maintaining personal presentation standards and providing great service to colleagues and customers.

He kōrero mōu / About you:

• Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in a cleaning environment.
• Flexible approach and attitude, with good communication skills.
• Hardworking, physically fit, and reliable.
• Able to pass police clearance.
