Join our team at Strata Lounge in Auckland Airport, as a Cleaning Assistant. This is a Permanent Full Time position rostered across the week. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, ensuring all tasks are performed with due regard for Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations.
Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:
Clean premises and equipment, including stain removal, disinfecting surfaces, and waste removal.
Maintain hard and soft floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
Prepare rooms for guests, including making beds and cleaning rooms according to the daily cleaning schedule.
Follow company cleaning procedures and respond rapidly to urgent cleans and spills.
Communicate effectively in the workplace, maintaining personal presentation standards and providing great service to colleagues and customers.

Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
Experience in a similar role, preferably in a cleaning environment.
Flexible approach and attitude, with good communication skills.
Hardworking, physically fit, and reliable.
Able to pass police clearance.
