About the Opportunity

Kites Trust seeks a compassionate and skilled Financial Advisor to provide crucial support to our organisation. This opportunity will focus on financial strategy that will ensure our organisation is sustainable and on the pathway to growth. The Opportunity Will Involve

  • Providing financial advice and guidance to Kites Trust board.
  • Assisting with reserve investment, management, and financial planning.
  • Educating the organization on strategic financial literacy and responsible money management.
  • Collaborating with operations to create a comprehensive financial plan.
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to all relevant financial regulations.
  • Working in a hybrid work style, we are happy for you to work at the location that suits you, with some meet and greet events

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or in a related field.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in plan terms to people who do not have experience in your feild.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations is highly desirable.
  • A commitment to social justice and the principles of consumer leadership.
