Are you an experienced mechanic with a passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional service? This role requires a proactive individual who can diagnose issues effectively and work under pressure to meet our client's needs.
Key responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting on various motorcycle/machinery on-farm
Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions promptly
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building relationships
Maintain accurate records of service and parts used
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while working on-site
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably in a field service role
Full, clean driver's licence
Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
