Job Description

We are seeking an experienced administrator whose administrative competence and organisational skills will shine while working mostly remotely and supporting up to five centres with various administrative tasks and duties.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal.
  • Team and Independent Work: Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently.
  • Computer Proficiency: High competence in a range of computer applications.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to handle a wide range of administrative duties, ability to multi task and work under pressure.
  • Commitment: A strong commitment to supporting the team in the centres.


The position:

  • Permanent, full time (40 hours, Monday–Friday)
  • Caring for a variety of administrative responsibilities
  • Working from the Support Office in Pinehill one day a week and in person visits to each centre location at least once a month.
  • NZ residency is a pre-requisite
  • Kindercare police vet all employees
