About this role:
We are looking for an Electrician with a good attitude that takes pride in what they do to join our installation team. In a team of two to four you will be either working on renewables or HVAC installations, supplying power feeds, followed by testing and completing CoC’s. It would also involve general touch up electrical work from time to time.

There is huge room for growth in this role as we are only a small company with the renewables division only just starting up under the guidance of our new industry investors .

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair renewable energy systems, including solar panels, inverters, battery storage, and EV charging stations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with renewable energy systems, including electrical, mechanical, or software faults.
  • Develop repair plans based on the nature and extent of the repairs required and order necessary parts and equipment to complete the repairs.
  • Work with clients from conceptualisation to completion of renewable energy systems.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service calls.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes and regulations, including health and safety requirements.

  • A valid electrician’s licence or certification.
  • Full drivers licence.
  • Be able to work unsupervised, run your own jobs and help other people.
  • Honest and trustworthy.
  • Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.
  • Good understanding of electrical and mechanical concepts, willingness to learn and ability to work in a young and dynamic culture experiencing rapid growth.
