Eye For Detail has been operating since 1989, specialising in high end residential home renovations. We have a busy and exciting pipeline, and to help meet demands, we've created a brand new Small Projects Manager role that we're looking to fill!

You'll be responsible for managing our small projects pipeline - This could be anything from fences and decks, to bathroom, kitchen and joinery installs. This will involve:

  • Management of sales process with leads and customer expectations
  • Quoting
  • Management of suppliers and subcontractors
  • Planning, directing and supervising projects
  • Managing schedules and project budgets
  • Jumping on the tools when necessary


You'll play a key role in the success of our business, so it's essential that you are trade qualified with some previous quoting / estimating and project management experience.

You'll also need to:

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Be a real people-person - dealing with clients on a day to day basis
  • Have high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
  • Be reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Have great leadership and team management skills
  • Have excellent computer skills
