What will I be doing?

This role will see you travelling the Upper North Island, visiting scheduled schools removing old carpet and installing new carpet tiles.

You must be a team player and happy to jump in and assist the crew to complete each job efficiently.

As you will be working in a school environment you will have a positive attitude, maintain a high level of professionalism, able to pass strict background checks and the ability to support the safe environment the school holds.

Accommodation is all paid, along with an attractive meal allowance when travelling, leaving home on a Monday morning and travelling back home on a Friday just in time for the weekend ahead!

What are we looking for?

  • Someone who is able to be away from home Monday through to Friday.
  • Ideally, a Minimum of 2 years' proven experience laying carpet / flooring insulation
  • Clean Criminal History
  • Full clean NZ driver's license (ability to driving a manual is a bonus!)
  • Reliable, honest and a good team player that enjoys working in a small team.
  • Physically fit, flexible and adaptable
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with Principal, teachers and Children.
