Join Our Team as a Permanent Part-Time Receptionist!

What You'll Do:

• Be the Face of Our Team: Greet clients warmly and professionally, manage appointments, and assist with queries.
• Keep Things Organized: Handle invoicing, payments, and records with precision using Gensolve software (training provided).
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with therapists, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Stay Hands-On: Manage stock, maintain a tidy workspace, and assist with light office duties.
• Get Creative: Help update social media and assist with marketing initiatives to showcase our services.
