Job Description

We are looking for an Entry-Level candidate eager to start their career in International Trade.

At Kiwi Steel, we import steel and operate as an international trader, broker, processor, and merchant. This role will serve as the key link between our customers, suppliers, and internal teams. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in indent and stock sales, customer relationship management, and international trade, working closely with suppliers, mills, and importers to meet customer demands.

No prior steel experience is required—we will teach you everything, with our CEO personally conducting training.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong English communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office, for order processing and documentation.
  • Organizational skills to handle purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, and certificates of origin.
  • Logistics coordination, including shipments, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address order discrepancies, quality issues, and documentation concerns.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to liaise with different departments effectively.
