About the Role
As a Commercial Real Estate Salesperson at Buckley & Co, you’ll be at the heart of connecting landlords with tenants and vendors with buyers. This dynamic role combines market expertise, negotiation skills, and a knack for building relationships to create successful property matches. Whether you’re closing deals, advising clients, or uncovering opportunities, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the future of commercial real estate.

What You’ll Do:
• Generate Leads: Identify and pursue potential clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Match Properties to Clients: Connect landlords with tenants and vendors with buyers, ensuring the perfect fit for every property.
• Market Listings: Create compelling marketing materials, promote properties across platforms, and conduct viewings to showcase listings.
• Negotiate Deals: Represent clients in lease negotiations, sales contracts, and other agreements to secure the best possible outcomes.
• Conduct Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and industry insights to provide informed advice.
