Based in the Heart of Auckland CBD, they are a leading professional services firm with a nationwide footprint with a strong and established team of specialists.
We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of financial operations, drive commercial performance, and enhance systems and processes.
This is a hands-on, sole-charge role, working closely with the Managing Director and Board of Directors, with a dotted reporting line to the CFO in Australia.
What you’ll do:
Manage end-to-end financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Oversee cashflow, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial performance management
Prepare and present financial reports to the Board and key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies
Drive process improvements and support commercial decision-making
What you’ll bring:
CA qualification with 5+ years of post-qualification experience
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with excellent attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in MYOB, Excel, and financial reporting tools
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively
Proactive and solutions-focused, with a track record of improving processes
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
