Mō te tūranga | About the Role
The Programme Manager in Transformation and Customer Operations is a key role providing leadership of an approved Enterprise Change programme of work within one of our Digital Transformation Programmes. The role is to manage an enterprise wide Programme of work that deliver business and/or technology solutions enabling Westpac to achieve it's strategic goals, business benefits and outcomes.

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
• 10+ years programme managing or programme directing enterprise-wide and multi-year change programmes
• Leadership capability - coaching, mentoring, guiding

• Exceptional written and verbal communicator
• Demonstrable experience reporting to, and engaging with, senior leadership to an Executive team level
• Demonstrable experience delivering digital platforms and solutions at an enterprise level
• Demonstrable experience crafting and delivering strategic digital roadmaps (engineering and channel)
• Demonstrable experience delivering within a Financial Services environment
