An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join our Auckland or Wellington marketing team. Within this fast paced and close-knit team, you will lead the firm's pursuit in managing new business opportunities, manage the proposal process and initiatives to grow our brand and work with partners to develop client relationships.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Project manage the end-to-end proposal process.
Facilitate strategic bid processes.
Work with the various legal teams and marketing team deliver proposals on time.
Work with partners and senior lawyers to develop and identify new client relationships and opportunities.
Lead, coach, and develop other members of the BD and Marketing team and promote best practice.
Drive the development for the firm's practice areas, sectors and local markets as relevant and together with the National Marketing Director.
Key skills and attributes:
First class project management, organisation and planning skills
Strong computer literacy and aptitude for technology (Microsoft Office suite)
Experience with content management systems (Umbraco) and marketing automation (HubSpot)
Adobe InDesign/Photoshop experience would be an advantage but not necessaryAttention to detail including excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with a large law firm is preferred or in another large professional services organisation
