The role:
We are looking for a Team Lead to join our awesome Warehouse & Inventory Team here in the beautiful Mt Maunganui area.
We believe the skills and attributes of our team are critical to our overall success and we are looking for someone to add another level of on-floor leadership and quality decision making to our current established and highly valued team of three. This role will work under the leadership and guidance of our Warehouse and Inventory Manager. This is a physical role that involves cutting performance engineering plastics for our internal machine shops and for our customers, picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders and all aspects of inwards goods and inventory control.
Our team prides itself on their attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to enjoy themselves while they work. As this role interacts with all departments there is always plenty going on.
If you have:
Proven team lead qualities.
Stores, warehouse, and inventory experience.
Forklift operator experience.
Computer skills.
Good communication skills.
Be physically fit and able.
Be a genuine team player who is professional, proactive, and committed to providing excellent service to both external and internal customers.
A great attitude and a good work ethic.
We will provide full training for all machine tools used in this role.
