Role responsibilities

  • Oversee and supervise the delivery of electrical distribution projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Manage field staff, ensuring high standards of performance and safety are maintained.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of safety and project execution.
  • Coordinate daily site activities, including distribution lines, cable jointing, and substation work.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Trade qualifications in Distribution Lines, Cable Jointing, Substations, or similar
  • Hands-on experience in the electrical distribution industry.
  • Proven experience in successfully delivering electrical distribution projects, with a strong understanding of site operations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach field staff.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly with regard to safety and quality control.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to motivate others and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to project delivery.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions on-site in a fast-paced environment.
