Because we're committed to maintaining our fantastic work culture, we have to be very careful about who we hire. So here's what we'd like to see from you:
- A trade qualification in Building or Joinery
- Proven experience managing sites, installing kitchens, wardrobes and all kinds of interior joinery
- Confidence and the ability to install Joinery on your own if required
- A really good eye for detail and be willing to clean up afterward
- A clean full Driver's license.
- Willing to travel (we currently have projects across Ashburton and Central Otago)
- Able to work unsupervised, run your own jobs and train apprentices.
- Honesty and trustworthy.
- Experience with both residential construction and maintenance work would help.
- Pride in your work and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.
- Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.
