Ko tō tūranga – your role
As a Revenue Assurance Analyst you will plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy of billing and compliance with Enterprise customer contracts. This role offers you the chance to collaborate with diverse teams and hone your skills in auditing, data analysis, and process improvement—all key to ensuring our services run smoothly.



This is an incredible opportunity for someone eager to explore new challenges, a recent graduate looking to kickstart their career, or someone returning to work with a keen eye for detail and knack for problem-solving.



Please note this is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

  • Contract Auditing: Review contracts to ensure invoices match agreed rates, terms and conditions.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Check that billing aligns with contract commitments including minimum services activated and data allowance limits.
  • Issue Resolution and Process Improvement: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, using insights to suggest process improvements.
  • Data Validation: Review sales opportunity data in Salesforce to ensure that it aligns with proposed customer contract and commitments.

  • Good communication skills to work effectively with different teams
  • Comfortable working with large sets of complex data.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite (Specifically Excel and PowerBI an advantage)
  • Commercial acumen
