Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their HR Business Projects Team. This role offers the chance to work on diverse, concurrent HR projects of varying complexity. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will evaluate existing artefacts and business processes supporting HR policies. Your insights will be key in streamlining these processes and aligning them with policy changes.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Business Analyst, your role will be pivotal in supporting the HR Business Projects Team. You will be responsible for facilitating workshops, eliciting requirements, documenting findings, analysing current states, recommending future states, and developing business process models. Your ability to translate technical data into user-friendly language will be crucial in communicating effectively with various stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to Business Case(s) and Benefits Realisation Plan(s), ensuring all deliverables meet compliance requirements and overall business strategies.
- Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements and document findings
- Analyse current state and recommend future state
- Develop business process models

- Adapt to meet the needs of various stakeholders
- Support the delivery of group outcomes by analysing HR business problems and opportunities
