About the role and who we are looking for:

We are looking for Client Liaison/ Operational Coordinator to work at Auckland Hospital. Full-time role for Fixed term period of 6 months.

The Client Liaison role is primarily responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the client by acting as the primary point of contact, managing communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth project delivery, often by facilitating information flow between the client and internal teams within the company.

What would you be expected to do:

  • establish and nurture positive relationships with the client through regular communication, proactive outreach, and personalized attention
  • coordinate project activities, track progress, and communicate key milestones to the client to ensure timely delivery
  • act as the primary contact to the client, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing updates on project status
  • identify and resolve client issues promptly, escalating concerns to relevant internal teams when necessary
  • collaborate with the client to understand their needs, gather project requirements, and translate them into actionable plan
  • prepare client reports whilst actively engaging in stakeholder and contract management tasks
