The role: Our amazing Relationship Manager is going on maternity leave until June 30 2026, and we are looking for as exceptional sales hunter to grow the region while she is on leave. Although this is a fixed term contract, as we are a rapidly growing company, there may be the opportunity to stay on with us in a different region or role.

Who are you? With a mix of hunting and relationship building skills, you will be keen to expand our presence in the Manawatu and Taranaki regions. You can work independently, know the market well, and possess a 'can do' attitude. You can deliver on strategy you've help build. You are comfortable thinking on your feet and being capable of seeing round corners with creativity and speed. What is more important is you are results-driven, professional and genuine.

Ideal candidate:

• Are a high-performance sales star
• Takes full ownership for the region's performance
• Has an existing established network with employer and relishes building relationships from scratch
• Experienced in using a CRM system (ideal but not essential)
• Experience in the training and transport industry (ideal but not essential)
• Experience in writing training proposals and strategic plans
• Trustworthy - do what you say you will do
• Be based in Palmerston North but able to travel to Taranaki for a few days a month
• A team player, who thrives in a great culture.
• Professional presentation skills, both written and oral.
• A growth mindset with tonnes of energy and initiative
