Mō te tūranga - About the role
The Senior Test Analyst is critical to making this happen and will:

  • Develop test plans and strategies for ATM releases
  • Maintain and update the test suite, documentation, and processes in alignment ANZ test standards
  • Collaborate with all team members / stakeholders and network with wider banking and POS industries (e.g. vendor partners, other banks)
  • Assist with the development of test deliverables to support all test phases where required
  • Proactively identify technical, architectural, and process risks and issues throughout the testing process
  • Work across the business to understand scenarios to produce plain English test

Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Strong knowledge of ATM software and hardware, combined with hands-on ATM testing experience
  • Desirable to have knowledge of switch ATM and POS transaction processing
  • Thorough knowledge of functional and non-functional testing practices
  • Experience with a variety of tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Xray, and simulators (e.g. FINSIM)
  • Experience with key development methodologies, e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-managing and a self-starter
