We're looking for an experienced Retail Cafe Manager for our Coastlands Shopping Centre store in Paraparaumu.
You will be able to demonstrate:
- 2+ years' hospitality management experience, and/or
- A minimum of a Level 5 certification in Hospitality Management, with a preference for candidates holding a Level 6 or 7 qualification
- Professional Barista experience
- Passion for coffee, espresso, and latte art
- Ability to deliver fast consistent drinks
- Commitment to high customer satisfaction levels
Coffee Skills - we are looking for a candidate who has a great understanding of all things espresso & coffee. You will be able to deliver fast consistent drinks to our customers, have a passion for latte art and be keen and able to share your knowledge with your own team.
Customer Service - our ideal candidate will be friendly & open, who shares our passion to engage with and wow our customers on a daily basis. You will be decisive and empathetic and on a mission to share your passion with your team.
Leadership - we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate leading a team, growing store turnover and driving the performance of our stores.
