Key responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
• Process applications and ensure accurate data entry
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
• Assist with daily marketing activities via email, phone, and SMS
• Flexible to take up more responsibilities assigned by the manager

Who are we looking for?

• Previous customer service is a plus
• Pro-active and Organised with great attention to details
• Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
• Well-versed with MS Office
• A customer-centric professional with a strong focus on delivering exceptional services.
